We have completed infra structure to add to this I.T.I., with all the equipments, furniture, building and qualified staff. It is being run by Muslim Welfare Society. The society is a Registered body registered Under M.P. Societies Registration Act 1973 (44 of 1973). Its Registration No. is 12480 Dated: 23 – 05 – 1983.

M.H.K. Industrial Training Centre, was founded in 1983, by the Muslim Welfare Society and is located in the heart of Bhopal city. The Institute has been named after a great Philanthropist, late Munshi Husain Khan Saheb of Bhopal, who donated considerable property for the welfare of the community. The present premise of M.H.K.I.T.C. is a part of t Property donated by Munshi Husain Khan Saheb.

The Institute which was having very limited space at the initial stage, is now having sufficient accommodation for Classrooms, Drawing Halls, Laboratories, Workshops etc. A huge building was constructed with the grant from Islamic Development Bank Jeddah. The Institution is fully equipped with modern equipments to provide two types of programmes i.e.:-

*Trade Courses under Craftsman Training Scheme (Recognised courses under I.T.I)
*Trade Courses under Training cum productions Scheme (The Institute awards certificates to successful candidates).

The main object of training-cum-production centre is to provide training facilities to the student within the Institute. The main activities of the training-cum-production centre are to : Wooden furniture under carpentry sections. The Cutting & Tailoring Sections is fully equipped with necessary machines. Fruit & Vegetable Preservation, Section teaches in making jam, jellies, pickles, squashes, murabbass etc. Products of these sections are sold on No Profit Basis.

The Institute is recognised as training centre of the Community Polytechnic Scheme under the Central Government Scheme for minority communities, by virtue of its training facilities. The Institute is also recognised by the Directorate, Mahila Bal Vikas, Bhopal as a Training centre for girls vide their order No. 2/91092/32/ dated 04/12/91.

The Institute is also recognised by the BHEL Bhopal vide their latter No. S2P/1-2 dated 7-2-98 for absorbing I.T.I. passed out trainees as apprentice. Being satisfied our performance and high quality of Training, Govt. of India have awarded us F.P.O. Licence (L.No. 9709) for our Fruit & Vegetable Processing Dept. The Institute has been recognised for Madhya Pradesh Council Of Vocational Training by Directorate General Employment & Training Govt. of India.
